260g Violet Crumble Peanut Butter

250g Arnott’s Malt ‘O’ Milk biscuits
250g Arnott’s Malt ‘O’ Milk biscuits
395g Sweetened Condensed Milk
395g Sweetened Condensed Milk
600ml Thickened Cream
600ml Thickened Cream
Method

Step 1
Line a 3cm deep, 26cm x 16cm (base) pan with non-stick baking paper. Layer Malt ‘O’ Milk biscuits over base of pan so base is completely covered.

Crush or chop the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter into small pieces.

Step 3
Beat sweetened condensed milk and cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until pale and thick, add Violet Crumble Peanut Butter and stir through.

Step 4
Pour and spread the cream mixture over biscuits then cover with another layer of biscuits.
Cover with glad wrap and pop in the freezer over night or until frozen through.
Cut into rectangles to serve.
