Violet Crumble Peanut Butter Blondies

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and baking soda. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 3

    Roughly chop the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter bars into shattering chunks. 

  • Step 4

    Fold the chocolate chips and half of the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter chunks into the batter.

  • Step 5

    Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared baking tin. Scatter the remaining Violet Crumble Peanut Butter pieces over the top for extra goodness! 

  • Step 6

    Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centre is just set.

  • Step 7

    Allow the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter blondies to cool, then slice into squares and enjoy every gooey, peanut-buttery bite!
