Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with baking paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and baking soda. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Roughly chop the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter bars into shattering chunks.

Fold the chocolate chips and half of the Violet Crumble Peanut Butter chunks into the batter.

Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared baking tin. Scatter the remaining Violet Crumble Peanut Butter pieces over the top for extra goodness!
