EASY Violet Crumble Mint Ice Cream Bars



  • Step 1

    Line a 3cm deep, 26cm x 16cm (base) pan with non-stick baking paper. Layer Malt ‘O’ Milk biscuits over base of pan so base is completely covered.

  • Step 2

    Crush or chop the Violet Crumble Mint cubes into small pieces.

  • Step 3

    Beat sweetened condensed milk and cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until pale and thick, add Violet Crumble Mint and stir through.

  • Step 4

    Pour and spread the cream mixture over biscuits then cover with another layer of biscuits. 
    Cover with glad wrap and pop in the freezer over night or until frozen through.
    Cut into rectangles to serve.
