Violet Crumble Dark Choc Honeycomb Hot Chocolate
To make the melted chocolate, place in a bowl over a saucepan with water over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted and smooth and glossy.
Remove from heat.
For the marshmallows, dip into melted chocolate then dip into honeycomb crumbs.
Set aside to set.
For the hot chocolate, drizzle the inside of a heatproof glass with melted chocolate.
Drizzle the melted chocolate on each glass, turning to coat the rim.
Dip the rim into the honeycomb crumb.
Use a milk frother to froth the milk.
Pour the hot milk into the glass and stir to mix slightly.
Top with cocoa powder and marshmallows.
