No-Bake White Choc Pineapple FruChocs Christmas Truffles
Ingredients
135g FruChocs White Choc Pineapple, chopped and blitzed

250g cream cheese

2 cups crushed biscuits (we used Arrowroot but any plain bickie will do)

250g white chocolate, melted

Method

Step 1
Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Beat cream cheese + crushed biscuits.

Step 3
Fold in chopped FruChocs (approx. 100g) and roll into balls once combined.

Step 4
Dip in melted white chocolate and pop onto lined baking tray.

Step 5
Sprinkle with blitzed White Choc Pineapple FruChocs (pro tip: make sure you sprinkle before the melted chocolate has set)

Refrigerate for approx. 1 hour in fridge. Serve, eat and enjoy!
