FruChocs White Christmas Slice
Ingredients
135g FruChocs White Choc Pineapple, chopped

500g white chocolate, melted

1 cup Rice Bubbles
1 cup Rice Bubbles
1 cup dried mango and pineapple, diced
1 cup dried mango and pineapple, diced
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup pistachios, chopped
¼ cup pistachios, chopped
Method

Step 1
Melt white chocolate.

Step 2
Mix all ingredients together (save a few FruChocs and pistachios for decorating)

Step 3
Press into a lined slice tin.

Step 4
Top with FruChoc halves + pistachios for colour.

Chill (approx. 2 hours in fridge), slice and enjoy!
