FruChocs Piñata Cake

Step 1
Take both mud cakes and slice the top off them to create a flat surface.

Step 2
Using a glass, cookie cutter or knife, punch a hole in both cakes. Make sure you keep one of the centres for later though.

Place the two cakes on top of each other and fill the hole in the centre with the as many FruChocs Triple Treats as possible and half the sprinkles

Step 4
Pop the reserved cake centre in the top (like a plug), covering the FruChocs and sprinkles

Step 5
Use a spoon or butter knife to spread the icing around the cake. Be gentle as the cakes are quite delicate, but don’t worry about any crumbs that get incorporated into the icing!
*Pro Tip - popping the tub of frosting into the microwave for 10-20 can make it easier to spread. Remove the foil though. -
Step 6
Sprinkle the final sprinkles over the top of the cake before serving
